"Decent spot, just a bit loud"
It was an alright place overall, the vibe was fine and everything, but it did get kinda loud inside. Not bad, just hard to fully relax or chat sometimes.

"Pretty good, but the dining area needed a little attention"
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. I want to be fair because the place definitely wasn’t filthy, and the bathrooms were actually in decent shape. That said, when we walked in, a few tables looked like they needed to be wiped down and there were some crumbs on the floor. The pizza was fine, so no real complaint there, I just think the dining area could’ve used a little more cleaning to make it feel more comfortable.

"Hot pizza, just bad timing"
The pizza got here still hot with the cheese all melty, which was great. Of course, it showed up right when I got distracted with something else, so the timing wasn’t ideal, but it was still exactly what I needed tonight.

"Really Nice Service, Really Nice"
I ordered from Mr Gatti’s and there was a little mix-up with my pizza, but the staff handled it so well. They were super nice, super nice, and fixed it quickly without making the whole thing awkward. The guy on the phone was really patient too, which I definitely appreciated. The food was good, but the customer service is really what made me want to order from them again.

"Takeout was cold, so it just wasn’t worth it"
I got takeout from here and left disappointed. The pizza was only barely warm when I picked it up, so by the time I got home it felt like it had been sitting for a while. The crust was dry too, which made it even less enjoyable. They also forgot one of the sides, and I didn’t realize until I was already home. Because of all that, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again.

"Nice staff, just a bit slow"
The staff was friendly enough, and they were nice to deal with, but it was kind of slow today—like, I get it, places get busy, but yeah, I did end up waiting longer than expected

"Delivery was a little late"
I ordered pizza and it showed up later than I thought it would. I might’ve mixed up the estimated time a bit, but it still felt like I was waiting longer than expected. The food was fine once it arrived though

"great spot for the kids"
stopped by with the kids after soccer and it worked out really well. everyone found something they were happy with, the staff was super patient, and the whole place just felt relaxed. we didn’t feel rushed at all, which was nice.

"Arcade was kind of disappointing"
I was a little let down by the arcade. I went in expecting to spend some time playing a bunch of different games, but a lot of them either took my tokens and didn’t actually start, or they were just sitting there broken with no clear sign saying they were out of order. It wasn’t like one machine had an issue and that was it, it happened enough times that it started to get frustrating. I don’t mind if a game is down, but it would help a lot if they marked it or fixed the token problem so you don’t keep wasting money trying things that don’t work.

"Ordered from Mr Gatti’s for the price..."
Ordered from Mr Gatti’s for the price, I’m not mad at it at all. Like, no, it’s not some fancy gourmet pizza situation, but who is expecting that? The pizza showed up hot, tasted good, and fed everybody without me having to spend half my paycheck on dinner. Sometimes you just need cheap, decent food that gets the job done, and that’s exactly what this was. Solid dinner, no complaints.

"Buffet could’ve been better"
I was a little disappointed with the buffet. The pizza didn’t seem very fresh, and there weren’t many options to choose from. I ended up waiting around, and a lot of the slices looked like they’d been sitting out for a while. It felt like something preventable if they were keeping the buffet stocked and rotating fresh pizzas more often.
